5-Bedroom Penthouse
Our 5-bedroom Penthouse is a total of 6,916 square feet. It is an extremely large unit that sleeps up to 18 people. It contains:
- Two King bedrooms (1 oceanfront, 1 bay view)
- Two rooms with 2 Queen beds (1 oceanfront, 1 bay view)
- One room with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 single beds)
This unit has 5.5 bathrooms, two living rooms, a full eat-in kitchen, and a large wraparound balcony with great ocean and bay views. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom and individual climate controls. All linens are provided, and you will receive complimentary daily housekeeping service.
Rental Terms: Penthouses are rented Saturday to Saturday from June through August. Shoulder seasons have a 3–4 night minimum depending on the dates. They have a 60-day cancellation policy with the first night due at the time of booking and the remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
4-Bedroom Penthouse
Our 4-bedroom Penthouse is a total of 3,384 square feet and sleeps 12–14 people. It contains:
- Two King bedrooms (1 oceanfront, 1 bay view)
- One bedroom with two Queen beds (bay view)
- One bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 beds)
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. This single-floor penthouse features spectacular views, two living areas, and flat-screen televisions throughout.
